Microsoft has released an app for its AI chatbot on iOS and iPadOS, just a few days after releasing the Copilot app for Android. You can now download both of the app's versions from the Apple App Store.
The app functions similarly to OpenAI's ChatGPT mobile app and allows you access to Microsoft Copilot, which was originally known as Bing Chat. You can use it to ask questions, write emails, and summarize content. It also integrates with the text-to-image generator DALL-E3 to allow you to make images.
Furthermore, you may use GPT-4, the most recent large language model (LLM) from OpenAI, with Copilot without having to pay for a subscription, in contrast to ChatGPT's free version, which only runs GPT-3.5.
Microsoft is pushing toward providing a stand-alone experience akin to ChatGPT with the rebranding of Bing Chat as Copilot. In addition to releasing apps for Apple and Android smartphones, Microsoft developed an online experience for Copilot that is distinct from Bing.
